This is not a glam studio shoot. With me, a newborn shoot is an authentic slice into your life right now. That means snuggles, soft mama kisses, feedings and changings – all without pressure to look Instagram perfect. The beauty is in the moments in between the planned ones.
Taking it slow.
Let’s take the pressure off the session. By integrating all the natural elements that happen while looking after a newborn – and preferably booking time at home, in the morning – we can have a relaxed session that results in loving moments and good feelings, which means you’ll have photos to cherish.
Appreciating the vulnerable.
Let’s climb in the bath, breastfeed, and capture the beauty of your newborn’s tiny body before it changes. I work to make you feel safe and loved in the session, and this feeling washes over your baby too. A relaxed mommy means a relaxed baby – and this is a relaxed session for exactly that reason.

This is a slow and immersive session to allow room for feedings (bottle or breast), nappy changes, and soothing.
- 90 – 120 minutes
- Session with parents and any other children
- Preferably at home to allow for a slow and intimate session
