Moody skies, long grass, and a field of dandelions lead to a beautiful shoot in Emmarentia Dam. I loved the Pillay family and with two bigger kids we could play! I loved experimenting with shutter speed and I let the kids go WILD, which they loved! I even had photo suggestions from the kids themselves and collaborating with them and empowering them in that way added some brevity and fun to the shoot.
